For a single book: I think probably "I know this much is true" by Wally Lamb - about 1,000 pages I guess.

Also read the entire Harry Potter series which would be longer but across 7 books.

I would guess probably Gone with the Wind. I read it as a teenager. The internet says 1,037 pages.

I'm surprised - I thought "Quo Vadis" would be the longest single book I've read, but the hardback at Amazon is only 450 pages! I remember it as being a VERY thick book, which I read while I was working a job that had a split shift. Between shifts, I walked to the library and read until time for the next part of my shift. This book was never checked out - I just kept a placemark in it, and took it off the shelf and read as long as I could until the next time! Happy memories.
