There is an amazing azalea gardens here locally and hubby and I had planned a trip there today. Some of the photos I share with text are from there from previous years.

Then we got an invite to spend time with our Great-nieces, so we are taking them there for a picnic today! Excited!

Happy Sunday. Sun is rising. Gonna be a pretty day. :)

Here to! Going to be a gorgeous day. We have flowers to plant and relaxing outdoors planned today, or whatever other outdoor to-do's to do.

I'm also taking a break and trying to move things from my laptop to my EHD's. My laptop is only half full, but it seems really sluggish. Plus, I just haven't done it in a long time.

Had a great day yesterday with the great-neices and then we went shopping for a few flowers. We finished the day with tv and a fire and pizza on the patio. Love this time of year!

Happy Monday everyone.

lol Tammy, that's funny. I just saw that on Facebook too.

I did not get much done for this site or scrapping this weekend, but I totally enjoyed the weekend. Yesterday we spent the entire day outside working in the yard and got a lot of stuff done. It's starting to shape up nicely, so we can just sit and relax in it soon, I hope.

We did a lot of bush trimming and filled the pickup truck bed. One Rose of Sharon was taken over by another bush next to it, disguised as such, and by the time we took out the bad one, there wasn't enough of the real one left and it was oddly shaped, so we just took out the hole thing.

I think we found the poison ivy that Miss Tizzy has been getting into and gifting me with and I sure hope so! It was hiding behind the other Rose of Sharon bush.

It was a perfect weather day yesterday. I would like to order 30 more of those, off work, please!

Thanks for adding my linkys, Hummie. I was having a bit of trouble & they wouldn't link.

I was in New Zealand for my friend's daughter's wedding & tried to remember all my photography lessons to get great pictures. Alas not all were good, but there were some I really liked

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Maybe I should have tacos for lunch. A margarita would be good too, but I'm trying to watch what I eat this week and exercise again. I got my 6,000 steps last night.

I was up really late scrapping, etc last night, so I'm up late this morning.

I was thinking of making a template, but with limited time, I think I'll work on adding layouts to the guides.

Small group is tonight. Maybe I can still work on a template tonight if I'm not too tired, or in the morning.

Tammy is a whizz, I wonder how she manages to do it all. Super woman in disguise I think.

Too funny, Jody! Not scrapping near as much as I used to.

It's foggy here this morning. Can't see past the tree line at the bottom of the driveway.

Happy hump day!

I am trying to find balance in the world. Last night after small group, even though I did not start until about 9 p.m. when normal people just rest, I ran in place a lot for my Fitbit and got over 11,000 steps for the day. I'm gaining weight again!

This morning I did work on template 104. I like what I made, but I could not get the last thing to create.

I wanted to stroke stitching on a path, or not really stitching, but a line shape in a circle, and it kept the angle of the line all the way around the circle. I'm having a brain fart or something. How do I make it follow the circle around changing angle with the stroke? grrrrr!

I hope to get it done tonight and scrap a layout with it so I can get it out. We'll see!

I got an email back from the InLinkz and they said they pushed out an update and the linky should be working now. They indicate to put in the url (copy what is in the address bar).

Is it working? I don't have a layout to test.
Maggie Adair said…
It wasn't working when I tried it earlier, Hummie, but I tried now and it seems to be working putting in the URL

I have the template done and almost have my layout done, but it's almost 11 p.m. and I'm growing weary. In the morning shall bring new!

Maggie, glad it is working now. It's been frustrating for all.

Wishing everyone a fantastic day! The sky is blue, the sun is rising. Yay!!

I got the template up! Whoo hooo! I am confident the regulars will scrap it, but hoping others will join in and not just grab and go, but we are all busy. Maybe they will leave a comment at least, or click the "i downloaded" button.

Tonight is a free night for me, except that I am trying to get these steps in each day which is time consuming.

Tomorrow is also a day off the cleaning job, but I am helping at a charity dinner at church.

What shall I start on next?

I tried to plan a get-together with my Mom, but because of rain we are putting that off to look at the next weekend. I am wondering now what my sons will do for me or if I will just work in the yard.

What are your Mother's Day plans?

Mother's Day is May 31st here in France.
My elder son Nicolas has gone to Scotland this early morning. We woke up at 3.00 AM and now I'm down :-(
I have to play my piano though.
I love your new template so much!
I'd rather like scrap it again.

Hi everyone.

Today is my last full day in Florida. I love the kiddos, but I am so ready to go home. Today was a rough day, despite being my birthday. Sigh.

I just wanted to stop by and say hello. :)

Maggie, it's because I renamed the title of it to reflect the class; I reposted so it should be correct in today's email.

Yay, it's Friday!! The sun is shining. The sky is blue. Wishing everyone a wonderful day. :)

Amarie, when does Nicolas come home? Are you down because he will be gone so long?

Yes for TGIF!

Last night I ended up painting on this table we have which has become a stress-fest. I had paint everywhere. By the time I was done and getting the paint out of my hair and off my skin, I did not feel like doing anything else. It was 7:30 anyway. So I watched tv on the patio and then watched tv inside and ran and got over 8,000 steps for the day.

This morning I blogged about what I did this morning and trying to make the site mobile friendly. There seems to always be something in the techy world that needs fixing as they change things. I sometimes wish they would just leave it all alone.

I am helping with charity dinner after work.

I wanted to drop in for a minute before going to work to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day.

The sun is shining here and I only have to work 1/2 day then going out to dinner for Mother's Day.

Today is a good day :-) and I am grateful for all I have and blessed with love, family and friends.
