September Chatter & LayoutsWhat's up with that weird text at the top of some of my emails? Yeah. I know. It freaked me out too. That is what happens when you are in too much of a hurry.
Click here to go to the September Chatter & Layouts post. I put up a new post each month with a linky for you to add a link to your layout (most often those layouts you upload to our Fickr gallery). That is why this is our "layouts" post. Thanks to everyone who posted layouts in the August post. You can click on the links and it takes you to Flickr to view and comment, leaving each other encouragement.
Did you know that if you comment and click the box to receive emails before you post, that you will get an email alert when others post? That is why this is our "chatter" post. It is stickied at the top of the blog the entire month so you can easily find it and feel a part of a community.
Can you put a mask in a mask? New Course 2, Lesson 104Click here to go to the blog post to see my layout and find a link to the Class Guide for Course 2, Lesson 104. I wrote a bit about being confined by the walls you build and would love to read your thoughts. Yes, you can put a mask in a mask! Watch the video to see how. This a rather interesting technique for your layout to take a shape of one of the elements in your kit and use it in a mask of another paper or element. The fun comes when you take a digital scrapbooking photo mask and put it into the layer mask of another mask. Ah! So, get to exploring and playing!
Facebook Only Challenge with FreebieClick here to see the blog post with a sample layout of the freebie.
Glenda Ketchem is a long time digi-buddy. We met in the Yahoo Group in 2005/2006. She has offered this multiple metal frame in her layout as a freebie as a challenge in the "Learning Digital Scrapbooking" Facebook Group. Here is a direct link to the post, but you will first need to be a member of the closed group.
