Sept 16 . . . a Wednesday
I'm writing this so many days later, I've forgotten what I did this day. I believe I got up at 4:30 a.m. and wrote a devotion for the church first thing, and then I worked on my class outline for Monday. That is, unless I'm confusing my days! I did that one day anyway.
I have photos to remind me a little bit. I made a weird Waldorf salad. I've been wanting to make it but keep forgetting to get the ingredients, so I substituted. Instead of grapes, I used raisins that I needed to use up anyway. I think I like the grapes better, but hey, it worked. I added some fresh pineapple as I saw a recipe where someone did that and I did like that since the grapes were gone. I forgot how else I changed it from the normal recipe.
I did enjoy it! It was delish and I had enough for two days out of one apple!
Hubby and I hurried to make supper and ate it.
A lady came to my house at 6 p.m. and stayed until about 8:30 p.m. and I gave her private tutoring lessons on her iPhone, Facebook, and basic helps for her business.
Then I had to go do the cleaning job, so it was a very long day for me.
