Limits

9.4.13  Lord, it seems You've been teaching me a lot lately about recognizing my limits, from how much I can get done in one day to plateaus in weight loss.  I am learning that limits are like the roller coaster of life with down times when I listen to my body and give it rest and up times when I push myself beyond limits.  It is all about balance.  When I push myself up, I eventually must come down for a rest.  When I rest too long, I eventually must push myself up again.  It is never good to stay at one place or another for very long.  Thanks for teaching me and opening my eyes, Lord!  For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1

I think that you live in Missouri and I want you to know I am praying for your safety in this flooding. Amazing how this digital world can seem very real sometimes.

Yes I do. Cape Girardeau and I grew up in Fenton, both affected. Thanks for the prayers. That was a sweet surprise.

So glad I remembered correctly. I had never heard of Cape Girardeau before your site, so when I saw it on the news tonight I worried about you. Bless you for your digital tutorials and bible journaling help. People are listening. Thank you.

I put up a few photos I took yesterday in a blog post. I'm glad people are listening. Without comments or feedback it seems I'm just talking to myself. So I appreciate your encouragement.
