I had a good day yesterday.  I managed to eat 974 calories! So close to that 1,000 line! I managed to eat three meals (although feeling stuffed and it feels SO wrong to eat more to weigh less).   61 grams of protein is much closer to the goal of 89.  Great boot camp with the #wordtothesweatsisters. I can feel my stomach muscles so that's a good thing!  Today is a free day for me with the evening off both work and boot camp.  Time with hubby finally. How does your day look?

Yesterday I lost 1.2 lbs since her last weigh-in! Mycorneronline's lost 12.6 lbs so far.  
That would be exactly 2 lbs for WEEK ONE (I weighed mid-week too)! Of course, the first pound always comes off 3 days after I don't drink wine, so it is actually a *real* one lb loss in my mind.

I got up in the morning and made hard boiled eggs so I can grab and go with a banana to make sure I am having breakfast.
