Back to square one on the motivation train! I like that I can always start over again.

Ack! I fell off the bandwagon for a few days! It was stress as work and all that food in the break room that got to me.  Now I'm home for quiet a few days and, other than some scones, only good food to tempt me.  I'm going to try to eat well and get in a work out today.  I am not going to weigh in again until tomorrow after I give myself one good day. Let's see if I can stay on this train for some weeks again.
