Today's fitness notes.

Hi fit friends! I'm working on myself today!  How about you? At Christmas we wish for a lot of things, but when it comes to fitness, we don't get what we wish for, we get what we work for!

What a workout Tamatha gave us last night!  Wow! I don't think I would have ever been motivated to work that hard on my own. That is sure to do some good!  I don't have any soreness of muscles but my knees are feeling precarious today so I need to be careful not to strain them into a pulled ligament by an accidental fall or something or other.  They kept me awake most of the night because I could feel them every time I turned.  My dog Ria even got tired of me tossing and turning and left the bed! Ah! But I am going to think positive that the disturbance in my knees is actually muscle building and not tearing down.

The peek at the scale this morning was another pound down, but I'm not logging my weight until Mondays so I see a loss a week at a time. Yesterday I was down 4.4 lbs in two weeks time.  I was happy with that!

I'm having another epic fail on eating.  Sigh.  Only one meal yesterday and then snacking popcorn with hubby at the very end of the day.  Then this morning I was going to grab a banana and a hard boiled egg and had it on the mind all morning until that moment I walked out the door.  My re-post advent devotion today is about my pinball machine life and how true is it for me! ( Today, my pinball of best intention redirects was caused by my own lack of memory.  Ode to getting old.

Sounds like you are doing well! Good job on the exercise. :) I had stared back up again, then got sick with a cold/cough...once it's gone, I'll get back at it.
